ANDREW PATERSON

Andrew works as an integrative counsellor psychotherapist and organization psychologist. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MA in Management Learning and an MA in Clinical Counselling. He is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, British Psychological Society and a chartered member of the Institute for Personnel and Development. He has run an organization consultancy for over twenty years. Previously he was in senior management roles in Training and Development and Organization Development.

Person-centredness is at the core of Andrew’s practice. He has a strong interest in workplace psychology and has researched organisational culture and behaviour. He works with leaders to create positive working environments and has a passion to co-create the kinds of cultures that people want to work in.

He is keen to support people who are at odds with their workplace, find themselves at key career transition points and or are seeking developmental solutions to work challenges or therapeutic support for themselves. This includes in particular various approaches to relational and team development.
